FURTHER INF Scientific synonym: P. cubensis. West Indian pine can be found at elevations from sea level to 1500 m. The tree occur naturally within the latitudinal range of 18-21°N. The tree can reach a height of 25-35 m. It is termite resistant. Annual wood production potential is 5-10 m3/ha.
