BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A shrub or small tree reaching 2-12 m in height. Heartwood hard and moderately durable. USES: The wood is used as fuel. GROWING PERIOD: Perennial. COMMON NAMES White mallee. FURTHER INF: In Australia, the tree occurs naturally within the latitudinal range of 30.5-37°S at altitudes between sea level and 300 m. It mainly occurs on plains and very gentle slopes.
