BRIEF DESCRIPTION: It is a warm seasoned, bunch grass reaching 60-120 cm in height. It produces a heavy fibrous root system and spreads by seed and rooting at the nodes. USE: A palatable grass popular as an ornamental. It is highly palatable to cattle and wildlife and must be managed to avoid overgrazing of shorter than 13-20 cm. GROWING PERIOD: Perennial. COMMON NAMES: Sand love grass.
