GROWING PERIOD Vigourous perennial or annual grass. Swards may form a dense mass of study culms 175-210 days after germination. Planting rooted culms will result in faster sward development than using seed. FURTHER INF Scientific synonyms: I. colladoa, I. segetum. Winkle duck-beak is native of tropical Asia. It can become a serious weed in many crops, particularly in rice fields. It can be found at altitudes up to 2400 m in the Philippines.
